LindaProgram Coordinator for Academic Collarboration for Underrepresented Enrollment in Nursing Program (ACUMEN) and Parent of Study Abroad StudentsClemson UniversityNo, I had no concerns about race during my child's study abroad experience. I taught my children that they were no better and no less than anyone else and that they were to respect themselves and treat others with respect also. Any prejudiced attitude my son might encounter would belong to that person - it was not to become my son's problem.
