OliviaParent of Study Abroad StudentLoyola Marymount UniversityMy child definitely changed! Through her experience, she saw the world as a learning tool. I find that she is more independent, confident, and relaxed. Everyday she constantly reminds me of her memories abroad. Also, many of her employment opportunities have sprung in an effort to know more about her experiences abroad.

JuanParent of Study Abroad StudentLoyola Marymount UniversityHer perception has changed a lot, for the better. Being in Europe, she realized how they embrace time with the family, how they aren’t living in a rushed minute-by-minute basis or coming up with profit maximization. She taught me that over there they work to live rather than live to work. She learned how to keep herself grounded and realized that it is important to attend to family first.
